Garlic Tortilla Chips

Tortilla chips application using TortiMaiz dry flavour bases.

Ingredients

TortiMaiz 0 5.29 15 0.150
Water 1.32 0 60 0.6

Instructions

  • Mix cornstarch, TortiMaiz and salt
  • Add water
  • Knead for 5 minutes until you get an earthy consistency.
  • Divide and place on a frying pan
  • Fry immediately at 150 ° C
