Lallemand Mexico was re-certified with FSSC 22000 plus Q in August 2016. The Food Safety System Certification is supported by the European Food and Drink Association and the American Groceries Manufacturing Association to fill the need of an independent ISO system for food product. This need was requested by extern audits around  the world.
