Caroline Fortin, Lallemand’s Director of Sales and Distribution in the North American Baking division (Eastern Canada) was elected, last December, as President of the Baking Allied Trade of Quebec. The association is a non-profit organization which aims to promote the baking industry and brings together providers of all kinds: ingredients, equipment, suppliers , services and distribution.

Caroline Fortin also became, by this appointment, a director of “Conseil de la Boulangerie du Québec.”

Caroline is the first woman to preside this association. She follows the footsteps of her grandmother who was the first woman to be part of the “Conseil de la boulangerie du Québec.” Congratulations Caroline!
