Lallemand Baking offers a range of Instaferm® VitaD® products to be used as natural and vegetarian sources of Vitamin.
Obtained from a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that is subject to the same production process as our regular Instaferm® bakers yeast and under controlled lighting conditions during part of this process.

- Typically containing 2,000,000 ± 15% IU/100g.
Instaferm® VitaD® Premix SB
- Vitamin D content for convenient scaling of 50-275 LBS batch size bread recipes.
- Recommended usage level of 0.1-0.4% on Flour Weight in standard dough for bread, buns and rolls.
Instaferm® VitaD® Premix LB
- Vitamin D content for convenient scaling of 400-1300 LBS batch size bread recipes.
- Recommended usage level of 0.04-0.12% on Flour Weight in standard dough for bread, buns and rolls.
