Instaferm®VitaD®

For Natural Vitamin D Enrichment of Baked Goods

Product Description

Lallemand Baking offers a range of Instaferm® VitaD® products to be used as natural and vegetarian sources of Vitamin.

Obtained from a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that is subject to the same production process as our regular Instaferm® bakers yeast and under controlled lighting conditions during part of this process.

  • Recommended usage level of 0.1-0.4% on Flour Weight in standard dough for bread, buns and rolls.
