Instaferm® 01 also known as Instaferm Red is ideal for all types of yeast-leavened products containing 0-8% sugar (lean dough)
Instaferm® 02 also known as Instaferm Gold is ideal for yeast-leavened products containing 3-25% sugar (sweet dough) and rich doughs.
Instaferm® 03 is ideal for all types of organic yeast-leavened bakery products, such as bread, pizzas, rolls, etc.
