Lallemand Baking at IBIE 2019

Lallemand Baking was one of the 1000 exhibitors at IBIE, the biggest bakery show in North America, where 23,000 baking professionals gather, every 3 years.

For Lallemand Baking, IBIE was the perfect opportunity to showcase our yeast and ingredients. We promoted the wide range of applications and convenience of the EuroPremix dry flavor bases, products for tortillas and tortilla chips (produced by Lallemand Mexico) and solutions for sourdough baked products.

Highlighted was an innovative Healthy Bread Premix powered by a blend of functional ingredients: Vitamin D, High Protein plus Probiotics.

The daily wine and bread pairing attracted many visitors to the booth at the end of each day. In addition, Brian Fatula and Arturo Davila presented our products during a live demonstration by Yolande Papillon and Kees Docter.

Our newly revamped baking website ( was launched at IBIE, with other specific promotional material to promote the scope of all our products for baking.
