Lallemand at International Pizza Expo

Lallemand North American Baking exhibited at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas last week. Visitors to the Lallemand booth learnt more about Flexferm (Lallemand’s proof-tolerant yeast).

Lallemand’s technical presentation by  Phillip Lee Wing, during the Expo re-inforced the message that Flexferm is ….The Yeast That Obeys….
