Lallemand Acquires AIT Ingredients
Montreal, Canada / Paris, France – Lallemand is proud to announce the successful acquisition of AIT Ingredients, effective 26th June 2025, following exclusive negotiations with Moulins Soufflet, a subsidiary of Groupe InVivo. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Lallemand’s continued growth and commitment to delivering world-class baking solutions.

AIT Ingredients, a leading global producer of baking ingredients offering both technical and creative solutions for the bakery, flour milling, and pasta industries, will be integrated into the Lallemand Baking Solutions (LBS) business unit. LBS is a leading global supplier of clean-label solutions for the baking industry.
