Instaferm® VitaD® Premixes

Blends containing varying amounts of Vitamin D2 bakers yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and enriched wheat flour designed to replace the use of Vitamin D3 in bread, variety breads, buns, rolls and fine bakery products.

Product Range

Instaferm® VitaD® Premix SB:

  • Contains the adequate amount of Vitamin D for convenient scaling of 50-275 LBS batch size bread recipes.
  • Recommended usage level of 0.1-0.4% on Flour Weight in standard dough for bread, buns and rolls.*

Instaferm® VitaD® Premix LB:

  • Contains the adequate amount of Vitamin D for convenient scaling of 400-1300 LBS batch size bread recipes.
  • Recommended usage level of 0.04-0.12%* on Flour Weight in standard dough for bread, buns and rolls.**For a variety breads and fine bakery products tailor usage levels to suit the individual needs of each product and conditions
