Instaferm® RED Instant Dry Bakers Yeast is made with a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced by a special fermentation process and patented drying process.
Instaferm® RED Instant Dry Bakers Yeast is designed for optimal use in bread dough and other yeast-leavened products such as sweet breads and rolls, Danish and donuts. It is designed for use in regular bread and high-sugar dough with up to 10% sugar.
