Instaferm® Blue Instant Dry Yeast

Instaferm® BLUE is instant dry bakers yeast obtained from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that has been dried with a special process, designed for optimal use in all kinds of dry mixes, such as bread and pizza, within controlled distribution and use parameters. It does not contain any antioxidant (BHA) in its composition.

Product Description

Instaferm® Blue is intended to be used in mixes when the yeast will come into contact with flour or other ingredients with moisture contents greater than 5% and lower than 14%.
It is a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that has been dried with a special process.
Instaferm® Blue is designed for optimal use in all kinds of dry mixes, such as bread and pizza, within controlled distribution and use parameters.
